Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components received with the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns due to a change of mind may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs
