All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Because we work with third-party suppliers such as CJ Dropshipping and ERpolo, shipping times vary depending on product location and demand.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volume.


3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable international shipping carriers selected by our suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the system.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Some promotions may include free shipping on selected items or order amounts.


6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Auriveaz is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable suppliers and carriers, Auriveaz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the supplier.
